This treatment is gentle and non-invasive. It is a no-touch sound massage, with no manipulation of muscles, joints, or bones.

The therapy takes place while the client is fully clothed and lying down on crystals, encased in a wooden bed.

The appointment is approximately one hour long, to allow time before and after the treatment, respectively, for consultation and reflection.

This service is a total ALIGNMENT and BALANCE of the CHAKRA energy centers. It is unlike anything you have ever experienced before. This sacred experience is NOT a regular sound bath. I am intuitively guided by DIVINE universal energy to stimulate each CHAKRA center into balance and alignment. By using crystal singing bowls, crystals, and special instruments, I can attune each individual person, according to the state of their own CHAKRAS. If your CHAKRAS are over-stimulated or under-stimulated this can cause problems in the physical, emotional, and mental bodies. Our goal is to balance, cleanse and attune these energy centers so that you can live a more balanced and harmonious life.

Crystal quartz has the power to bring about a positive shift in our consciousness. As the shift occurs, awareness grows, and we become more attuned to our soul identity and purpose. We can reflect this higher radiance in our physical form.

The sound of a quartz crystal bowl, the “music” it can emit, is a pure holographic template of radiant light that responds to the octave of sound within our being. Quartz crystal bowls use specific sound colour vibrations that align with each chakra, and each chakra relates to an individual physical centre. When played the bowls create tones which resonate with our subtle bodies, it brings pure light through sound as specific color into the physical and etheric bodies. Crystal acts as an oscillator, magnifying and transmitting pure tone. The sound affects brain wave activity and one can travel into an altered state of consciousness. As different parts of the brain are affected it is probable that they release different hormones and neuro- chemicals. When you add the vibration of a gemstone, metal or mineral, the crystal amplifies the vibrational consciousness of the infusion into our cellular knowing.

To go even deeper, if we understand that each part of a body breaks down into a sound (a note), a colour and a speed, then we can begin to discuss the chakra system and how singing bowl-therapies connect to the physical and non-physical aspects of our identity. We have seven main chakras, and each chakra is designated specific physical parts of the body such as organs, glands, and adrenals, as well as emotional parts, mental patterns, and spiritual awareness. Each chakra comes with its own related resonance, colour, intention and note, and can act as a map for our own inner harmonic or dis-harmonic resonance.

So, when a quartz crystal singing bowl that is moulded to make the F note is played, the note it emits will connect directly to the heart chakra. The sound will be the purest form of that resonant frequency and will enter the heart chakra within the body (and the connected physical, mental and emotional patterns) and heal and awaken, as well as release the blockages, stored energy, disease, ailments etc.
